Our policy explicitly states that we do not guarantee delivery by any specific date, including Christmas, Halloween or any other holiday.

  1. SHIPPING PROCESS AND TIMELINE

    At Incendio Magic Wand, we process all orders within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard delivery times are 5-8 business days from the date of shipment, with a tracking number provided for every order. Please note that during high-order volumes, shipping times may be subject to slight delays.

  2. NO REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING DELAYS

    Once an order has been shipped, Incendio Magic Wand is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control. We do not issue refunds or accept returns based on delays in transit.

  3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is provided, we offer a limited window to make corrections. Orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information may incur additional fees.

  4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

    Incendio Magic Wand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. In such cases, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

  5. RETURN POLICY

  6. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

    If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will hold your order and dispatch it once all items are available. In the event of significant delays, we will notify you with options to modify or cancel your order. Refunds will not be issued based on stock availability unless otherwise communicated.
