You meant to pray. The week got away.
You sit down to pray and the mind drifts to the to-do list. A blank notebook gives you nothing to start from, and an open Bible can feel like too big a place to begin.
- Each week names one theme, so you're not choosing a topic at 6 a.m.
- A written opening prayer gives you words on the mornings you don't have your own.
- Seven short daily prompts turn the theme into something small enough to actually do.
What's on the page, week by week
Every one of the 52 weeks follows the same structure, so you always know where to start.
52 themes, grouped in sections
Prayers relating to God, personal formation, healing and emotional wellness, prayers for others, engaging the world. A full table of contents up front.
A written opening prayer
Each week starts with a full-page prayer - Thanksgiving & Gratitude, Strength in Trials, Humility & Obedience, Inner Healing. Read it aloud, then keep going in your own words.
Scripture with a guiding thought
A boxed passage, cited and sourced, followed by a few lines explaining it. Reflection starts from something solid instead of from scratch.
A prompt for every day
Sunday through Saturday, each day labeled with one short prompt and a pale dot-grid area beneath it. A few minutes is enough.
Original painted artwork
A full-bleed gouache painting faces each week's prayer, and the same hand-painted style carries onto the covers. It's a book you leave out, not hide.
What it doesn't do
It's not a Bible and not a planner. Verses appear as short excerpts, so keep your own Bible alongside it, and note that no dates are printed anywhere.
Fits into the first ten minutes
Where a week of prayer actually happens.
Who this journal is for
Great for
- You want a daily prayer habit but keep losing the thread
- Blank notebooks leave you staring at the page
- You want a written record of requests and answers
- You're buying a gift for birthday, Christmas or Mother's Day
Not the right pick if
- You want a dated planner with calendar dates printed
- You want a full Bible or a complete devotional book
- You need lay-flat pages in every style - that's the spiral only
A weekly spread built to be written in
The week opens on a painting, then moves into the pages you actually use.
- Week number in the outer corner, section name running down the margin
- Boxed scripture passage with its citation, then a GUIDING THOUGHT block
- Day labels with one prompt each and a pale dot-grid area below for writing

Tips for a steady start
Three small things that make week one stick.
Start at week 1
The weeks aren't dated, so today works. Read the table of contents first to see where the year goes.
Test your pen
Try it on a back page before you write. Heavy gel pens and markers can show through to the next side.
Read back on Saturday
Before moving on, reread the week. That's where you notice what was asked for and what was answered.
One journal, in the style you pick

What people ask most
Which style should I choose?
Spiral Bound lays flat while you write. Special Edition Hardcover has cloth-textured boards and a ribbon marker, in Mist, Butter, Flamingo, Lime or Mulberry. Softcover is the lightest. Spiral and softcover share the magenta icon-grid cover.
Is it dated? Can I start in the middle of the year?
It's undated. Weeks are numbered 1 to 52 rather than tied to calendar dates, so you can open it today and begin at week 1. It won't tell you the date.
Does it lay flat?
The Spiral Bound style lays flat on its blush pink metal coil. The hardcover and softcover are bound books, so they need to be held or pressed open while you write.
Do I need my own Bible with it?
Yes, plan on it. Each week includes a short scripture excerpt with its citation and a guiding thought, but this is a prayer journal - not a Bible or a devotional book.
Will my pen bleed through the pages?
No paper weight or treatment is stated for this journal, so test your pen on a back page first. Heavy gel pens and markers can show through to the next side.
What comes with it?
One guided prayer journal in the style and color you select. The Special Edition Hardcover includes a sewn-in ribbon page marker. No pen, stickers, bookmark card, gift box or wrapping is included.
